  1. It is reported that the state government will consider giving a slot to a civil group in the special committee to investigate the Jalan Bukit Kukus incident.

  2. We, AnakPinang, are pleased with the state government's openness to engage civil groups, and not only professional entities such as the Institute of Engineers Malaysia.

  3. However, we would like to remind the state government to be fair to all civil groups - at all times, practice transparency and fairness to all queries from the general public and civil groups.

  4. In the event the state government decides to allocate slots to civil groups, AnakPinang would like to be included as one of the special committee members. Our group comprises of a wide range of professional members ranging from legal to engineering, and we strongly believe that we can contribute to the committee.

  5. The state government should at all times be fair and avoid discriminating any civil groups.

  6. We, AnakPinang are very concerned with the recent landslide incident and would like to contribute our expertise in assisting with the ongoing investigations.
